Sherry Alaghemand, owner and president of the company, is a Certified General Contractor as well as a Licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Florida. She earned her engineering degree from University of Louisiana. Sherry has been involved in all aspects of home building from planning, engineering design and construction management, since the establishment of TBS Engineering & Construction, Inc., in 1994.

John Alaghemand, PE, co-owner and vice president of TBS Engineering & Construction, Inc. is a Professional Engineer in the state of Florida. He graduated with a Masters of Science in Engineering and Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Louisiana. John has over 23 years of experience in civil, structural, environmental and transportation engineering.

Together Sherry and John, proud parents of three wonderful daughters work along with some of the best local craftsmen and vendors, teaming up their expertise, talent, experience, and vision to create homes that provides elegant and styles of the past, technology and engineering of present, and visions and forecasts of the future.
